What is Tele-health? - Tele-health visits require access to a computer or tablet that has both video & audio, and a strong internet connection. - Tele-health visits can be used for initial evaluations or follow up appointments. - It is a great way to have a PT assess your home or office environment without them needing to come to your location. - It allows you to maintain your PT appointments while traveling for work or leisure. *Ideally your tele-health visit will take place in an area with limited distractions - a relatively quiet & clutter free environment where you can move/exercise freely and listen to feedback and cueing. Please call to discuss tele-health appointment prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance of your appointment. A late cancelation or no shows fee of $50 will be automatically charged in the event we are not contacted promptly.
